The 2nd module of the 2nd level (intermediate) anaesthesia course (AN22) will take place at Clinica Veterinaria dr Tomassini in Desio, 5th through 7th of May.
Lectures will include: basics of mechanical ventilators, IPPV settings, PEEP indications and contraindications, halothane vs isoflurane vs sevoflurane, ET-agent monitoring and MAC in dogs and cats, and inhalant induction and recovery strategies. Management of clinical cases will be part of the course.
